OCCK, Inc. is a private 501(c)(3) organization that has been operating since 1970. Their mission is to help individuals with disabilities in North Central Kansas remove barriers to employment, live independently, and fully participate in their communities. With over 280 employees serving more than 3,000 people each year, OCCK offers a wide range of services and programs to meet individual needs and community needs. They are committed to promoting customer success, exercising leadership in creating quality communities, and ensuring financial success for their customers. OCCK operates based on management values such as commitment to citizens, excellence, responsibility as leaders, valuing employees, effective communication, and professional ethics.

OCCK serves the nine-county area of Cloud, Dickinson, Ellsworth, Jewell, Lincoln, Mitchell, Ottawa, Republic, and Saline in North Central Kansas. However, they also provide services in many other counties in the state. The organization is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and any surplus funds earned by OCCK are retained for the future provision of programs and services.
