Foundation House at Northgate (FHN) is a non-profit company that has been providing assisted living and independent living services since 1997. However, due to financial difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, including increased costs and decreased revenue, FHN has made the difficult decision to close its doors. The closure will be effective on September 30, 2021, for assisted living facilities and October 31, 2021, for independent living facilities. FHN is committed to ensuring a smooth and safe transition for its residents to alternative living arrangements and will continue to provide exceptional service and care until the closure dates.
